Family-owned. Nature-made. Kentucky-approved.

Step into your hideaway in the Pumpkin Hollow.

Born from a love of land, peace, and wide-open skies, Pumpkin Hollow Hideaway is a family-owned retreat where guests are welcomed like neighbors and leave like family. From the old Combs Family Farm to the edge of Daniel Boone National Forest, every acre was built with care — and meant to be shared. Here, every sunrise and every quiet evening is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor the simple joys of the Hollow.

You asked, we answered.

Here's what to know before you go.

Have a few questions before you pack your bags? We’ve gathered the most common details about our cabins and amenities to help you plan the perfect stay. If you have a question we didn’t answer, feel free to reach out to us!

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome in select cabins. We charge a small pet fee to ensure extra cleaning and a comfortable stay for our next guests. (Please note some nearby parks have their own pet policies.)

Is there Wi-Fi and TV in the cabins?

Absolutely. All cabins include high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs—perfect for streaming your favorite shows, music, or staying connected (if you really want to). Just log into your own accounts during your stay. View More HERE

What should we bring with us?

Think of it as a mix between a cozy home and outdoor cabin life. Bring your own groceries, seasonings, firewood or logs, personal toiletries, and outdoor gear. Bedding, towels, kitchen essentials, and basic cleaning supplies are provided.

What is your check-in and check-out time?

Check-in starts at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available by request—just ask!

How remote is the property? Do we need a special vehicle?

The last stretch of road is a bit rugged and part of an unmaintained county lane (Pumpkin Hollow Road), but most vehicles can access it with no trouble. Just take it slow, enjoy the ride, and follow the directions to stay on the correct road.
